POOL
The pool is free for all guests of Marty's Smart Homes.
Sun beds and beach umbrellas at the pool are FREE (subject to availability).
BEACH
There is a FREE area on the beach - it is not equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas
On Dolphin Luxury Beach - pricing information will be updated soon.
On RIO Beach - pricing information will be updated soon.
Beach towels can be rented from Dolphin Luxury Beach for (pricing information will be updated soon)
BREAKFAST
The breakfast is available according to your reservation condition or at extra cost. It is ordered upon check-in. Please contact reception for up-to-date information.
You can buy products from nearby grocery stores and prepare your own breakfast in the apartment
Many Bakery Shops with different types of snacks and meals are a minute or two away on foot.
LUNCH AND DINNER
The nearest place to have lunch or dinner is Beach or Dolphin Coast on the beach, right next to the hotel.
!!! Both restaurants offer a special lunch menu and you can eat for €4-6,- per person.
Fine buffet dinner at Delfin restaurant - Helena Resort or some of the restaurants along the promenade.
You can buy products from nearby grocery stores and prepare lunch or dinner in the apartment
You can order takeaways. You will receive possible offers upon check-in.
GROCERY STORES
In the next building - Dolphin Coast, there is a well-stocked supermarket
The larger Aldo supermarket is a 4-minute walk away.
Mercury Hypermarket is 1.3 km away.
The nearest Janet Hypermarket is 2.7 km away
You can also shop at Lidl, which is a 10-15 minute drive away

Each Deluxe Smarthome apartment comes with one free parking space in the hotel courtyard. If you need a second parking space, we will assist you with renting one for 10 BGN (€10,-) per day if available in the hotel's paid parking lot.
For APARTMENTS STANDARD parking space is NOT available. You could also find a free place for your car not far from the building. If you wish, we will assist you in renting a parking space for a fee of 10 BGN per day if available.
CLEANING
DAILY
Basic vacuuming with a water filter, mopping, dusting, dishwashing, towel replacement, restocking consumables, garbage disposal, etc.
EVERY THREE DAYS
In addition to daily cleaning, we replace bed lines.
EVERY THIRTY DAYS
In addition to daily cleaning, we also clean the filters of the air conditioners.
In situations of very dirty walls, appliances, furniture, equipment, etc., additional charges may apply.
LAUNDRY
Since the apartments are not equipped with a washing machine, we provide a free service to take your dirty clothes to the laundy service and return them to you when they are washed (about 48 hours). We are working with Alveo in Sunny Beach at prices offered by them - without overcharge:
Washing and drying: clothing up to 5 kg. - 10 BGN (€5,-)
Ironing service - 2 BGN (€1,-) /piece
Although this is the most reliable laundry service, Marty's is not responsible for the quality of the laundry service, or for any damaged or lost clothes.
Of course, you can use this or any other laundry service by yourself.

If you need something, please contact Reception. If you do not have a prior request, some appliances or equipment may be delivered on the next day, because they may not be available at the moment.

⚠️Exchange money only in banks and nowhere else, do not trust people who offer dubious financial services.
⚠️Use only ATMs that belong to banks such as DSK, Bulbank, UBB, International Asset Bank, Fibank, etc.
MONEY EXCHANGE
The nearest bank is 2.4 km away in the centre. Directions HERE
The other bank is on the promenade 2.4 km away and you can also reach it by train. Route HERE
MONEY EXCHANGE
The nearest ATM is a minute's walk away - about 300 metres and is located on the seafront street at the end of the Helena Hotel. (Route to it HERE)
The next one is 400 meters away (at Aldo shop)
⚠️The ATM in the adjacent Dolphin Coast building is not owned by a bank but by a finance company and may charge you a high fee or percentage on each transaction, although it is reliable in terms of security, we do not recommend using it.

Check-in is available after 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed before 10:00 on the day of departure.
We kindly ask guests to respect these times to allow sufficient time for apartment preparation and cleaning before the next arrival.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. Availability cannot be guaranteed and additional charges may apply..
Yes. A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before check-in.
The deposit is intended to cover any potential damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, smoking violations, or breaches of the house rules.
Provided that the apartment is left in good condition and all rules have been respected, the deposit will be refunded after check-out inspection.
Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 17:00.
Our team is available during these hours to assist with check-in, guest enquiries, maintenance requests, and general information regarding your stay.
For urgent matters outside reception hours, please use the emergency contact details provided in your welcome information.
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas where applicable.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional cleaning charges and deductions from the security deposit.
